Lafkos Pelion, plot of land for sale of 2,015 sq m, with sea view and total construction of 400 sq m. Lafkos is a historical traditional village of Pelion, administratively part of the Municipality of South Pelion. It is 54 kilometers from Volos, at an altitude of 300 meters. It is characteristically cool even on the hottest days of summer thanks to the northeast wind that often cools the village. Historically, it is said to have been inhabited at the end of the 15th century, in a selected location, unseen by the pirate ships that sailed the area, then it expanded towards the ridge that provides it with a view of the Pagasetic Gulf. The most prevalent version of its name is said to derive from the definition "glafkos". Its location ensures easy access to the coasts of both the Pagasitic and Aegean Seas from the settlement and beach of Mikro, opposite Evia which, contrary to its name, has a large sandy beach.
